Our policy is “no refund, only replacement.” This implies that you can only get a replacement for a product after you buy it if it is delivered broken, defective, or the incorrect item was sent. You have 48 hours after receiving your purchase to report any such problems in order to be eligible for a replacement. This enables us to take prompt action and guarantees that you won’t have any needless delays in receiving a functional product.
Refunds are only available in certain circumstances. In particular, a refund might be given if the product is damaged in any way during delivery due to the fault of our company or if it runs out of stock after a transaction has been made. After we verify the claim, any refund will be completed within seven working days using the initial method of payment. These warranties cover manufacturing defects and ensure reliable performance throughout the specified period, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
Our committed service staff will act quickly to address any problems you encounter that are covered under warranty. Within 72 hours after we get your request, we promise to schedule any necessary repairs or services during our regular business hours, which are 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday through Friday. However, please be aware that losses resulting from overuse, accidents, or electrical issues outside the product’s design are not covered by the guarantee.
Replacement or warranty plans do not cover certain damages. They consist of damage from misuse, unintentional drops, contact with liquids, or power spikes. Furthermore, items with missing or manipulated serial numbers are not covered under warranty. Additionally, claims submitted outside of the permitted window for returns or replacements will not be acknowledged.
