  • Orders are processed during business hours: Sunday to Friday (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive confirmation and shipping updates via call or SMS once your order is dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Time:

We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring proper handling and logistics:

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery within a minimum of 2 business days
  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery within a minimum of 3 business days
  • Bulk Orders: Delivery time will vary based on location, stock, and quantity. These orders are not processed through the website and must be arranged via direct customer support.

Please note that public holidays, road conditions, and natural events may cause unavoidable delays.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer flat-rate shipping fees based on your delivery location:

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley (Inside Ring Road): NPR 500
  • Inside Kathmandu Valley (Outside Ring Road): NPR 1000
  • Outside Kathmandu Valley (Nationwide): NPR 1500

4. Bulk Orders:

For wholesale or bulk purchases:

  • Delivery charges, timelines, and arrangements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Kindly contact our team directly to receive a quotation and delivery plan tailored to your requirements.

5. Delivery Address and Customer Availability

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

The customer is in charge of making sure that someone is available to accept the package at the delivery address. We may attempt re-delivery, which could result in additional fees or delays, if the product cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or the address provided is inaccurate. The first projected delivery policy shall be null and void in such circumstances.

6. Change of Shipping Address
